Project Overview - Full House Refurbishment (Interior & Exterior)
This project involved a complete refurbishment of a three-storey Victorian terraced property in Chalk Farm. The client wished to renovate the entire home, prioritising the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathrooms within their budget. Our shared vision was to preserve and restore the property’s classical Victorian character - installing the original coving, renovating the the fireplace and installing new timber flooring throughout.
To enhance the layout, we removed the dividing wall between the living room and kitchen to create a bright, open-plan space. A new classic-contemporary kitchen was installed, featuring bespoke full-height shaker-style cabinetry and a statement marble countertop.
In addition, we designed and built contemporary four-piece bathrooms featuring signature shower zones and relaxing bath areas, turning them into modern-day sanctuaries. To complete the transformation, we refurbished the front exterior and landscaped the rear garden, resulting in a beautifully balanced and fully renovated family home.
