Project Overview – Full Home & Terrace Renovation
This full home and terrace renovation was designed to achieve a contemporary, nature-led interior with a refined, high-end finish. The client wanted a calm, modern aesthetic, so we introduced natural timber flooring and bespoke wood cabinetry to create warmth and bring a Scandinavian-inspired sense of simplicity and flow. Clean lines, integrated storage and a muted material palette helped define the home’s minimalist character.
Subtle brass detailing adds depth without overwhelming the space, while the honed marble countertop brings a touch of luxury and craftsmanship to the kitchen.
The combination of natural materials, premium finishes and thoughtful detailing results in a sophisticated, modern home renovation that feels both functional and elegantly understated.
In addition, we renovated the roof terrace and extended the same luxurious, nature-led aesthetic outdoors. To create a cohesive look, we installed bespoke joinery that matches the interior kitchen cabinetry, ensuring visual continuity throughout the property. A striking single slab of honed marble was added to one of the terrace walls, bringing a refined, architectural focal point to the space. This combination of premium materials, custom craftsmanship and contemporary detailing elevates the terrace into a sophisticated extension of the home — perfect for modern city living.
